Background: This video application aimed to shed light on the critical needs of Shady Lane School’s dedicated educators. By focusing on the educators' requirements, I aspired to underscore the significance of supporting their professional growth and well-being. Ultimately, this video application served as a vital step in securing resources to enhance staff retention and foster an environment where our educators could continue to provide exceptional early childhood education.
