Background: During the in-service period, Shady Lane School conducted a series of five comprehensive training sessions to enhance the professional development of its educators and align teaching practices with the newly adopted Frog Street curriculum. These training sessions were designed to ensure educators are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and education, meeting the standards set by the Department of Human Services (DHS), the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and Keystone STARS.
